In reply to A. User's post on October 16, As for Method 2, Windows 10 doesn't even show an Internet Time tab. Again, Method 3 is not going to be useful because I certainly won't be doing that every hour! I appreciate your trying to answer my question, but I need a different kind of answer. Did not work. The time is still 2 hours fast. I would like to amend Method 2 to include the latest Windows directions: 1 Right-Click on the time clock in the bottom right-hand corner.

I have changed the services from "Autostart" to "Autostart Delayed " and now see that my services are starting after the other AutoStart services. It is hard to accurately time the delay, but it seems to agree with the documentation that seconds after the last autostart service starts.

However, I would like to start some services after a service has collected data from a serial comms line, which takes seconds on this large installation I am working on. I use as a test, I would like to use a more reasonable in practise. You can use a script to net start the service and use triggers to ensure it starts a set time after the computer starts or after you log on.

When the startup type of the service is set to "Automatic Delayed start ", the value of DelayedAutostart is set to 1.
